Why I do Kung Fu:I love it.. It is so evolved and is the father of just about every other Asian system. Plus after 30 plus years of karate, the internal systems are perfect for me.
Benefits I get:Too many to list, but among then low impact yet very healthy exercise and lots of cerebral stimulation.

When I was a kid I lived inner city and needed to learn a self defense system. When I was 12 I began studying Isshinryu under Don Nagle. I received a black belt at age 15. After moving to the shore at 19 I resumed studying karate under Jerry Caldarese. I met Dominic a few years ago and recognize him as a fine teacher with a great pedigree. I have no plans to look elsewhere for instruction. Ever.
